Here is why having a great place to ride, drive and horse camp has been delayed. When we can finish the Biology Study to the tune of another $8-10,000 for the CDFW things will proceed. Oh wait, the CDWR will want their piece of the pie before a well can be drilled.

These include increasingly oppressive regulations written by bureaucrats in the Bureau of Land Management, Forest Service, USDA, Fish & Wildlife, and hundreds of other agencies filled with government employees who love their slice of the power pie.
And NONE of this is in the constitution.

Good to hear Government over reach is coming to an end...
Maybe now we can get moving forward with our project and we can all go horse camping!

The Supreme Court's overturning of the "Chevron Deference" is a very big deal because it curtails the ability of unelected bureaucrats in federal agencies to write laws and/or enforce their arbitrary interpretations of ambiguous laws. Click on this link for more on the case.
