Pets also have last wishes before they die, but only known by veterinarians who put old and sick animals to sleep.

Jesse Dietrich asked a vet what was the most difficult part of his job. The specialist answered without hesitation that it was the hardest for him to see how old or sick animals look for their owners with the eyes of their owners before going to sleep. The fact is that 90 % of owners don't want to be in a room with a dying animal. People leave so that they don't see their pet leave. But they don't realize that it's in these last moments of life that their pet needs them most.

Veterinarians ask the owners to be close to the animals until the very end. "It's inevitable that they die before you. Don't forget that you were the center of their life. Maybe they were just a part of you.

But they are also your family. No matter how hard it is, don't leave them.
Don't let them die in a room with a stranger in a place they don't like. It is very painful for veterinarians to see how pets cannot find their owner during the last minutes of their life.

They don't understand why the owner left them. After all, they needed their owner’s consolation.

Veterinarians do everything possible to ensure that animals are not so scared, but they are completely strangers to them.

Don't be a coward because it's too painful for you. Think about the pet. Endure this pain for the sake of their sake. Be with them until the end."

***Must read for ALL owners of a MHK pup***

While on vacation I got a call from a police department in a town across the state from where I live. They found a dog with a microchip that was registered to me. None of my personal dogs were missing so I knew it was one of the pups that I sold. The owner had failed to register the chip so it reverted back to me since I bought the chip.

We have chipped all pups from MHK for over 15 years and several years ago we took it upon ourselves to register the chips to the buyer. That being said, we could fat finger a number or miss some other vital information. If your MKH pup was purchased before we started doing the registration you might have been wrapped up in the chaos of a new puppy and forgotten to register the microchip.

Please please please - make sure that your dog’s microchip is registered to YOU!!! Take 2 seconds and put your dog’s microchip number into petkey.org and make sure your dog is registered to you and that your information is current.

Rowdy x Doc pups are 4 and 1/2 weeks old. Adorable and growing fast.

They are now at the fun stage - and all the adult goldens want to play with them but they still too little. Only Mom gets to go in with them.

Finn, from our Cash x Fiona litter, is 12 weeks old and looking good!

His original home had undiagnosed allergies so we are now looking for his forever home. He is doing well on his obedience (here, down, sit, and kennel up). He is working on crate training and coming along nicely and will enter his crate willingly with a treat. His housebreaking is beyond what I would expect for a 12 week old pup.
