Hay everyone. The rain is done the footing is perfect!!!! Courses are set and closed for schooling.
The dressage arenas are mid renovation by the park district so we had to turn one arena around for the show. Judge will sit in the car.
Please feel free to school in the other dressage arenas.

All the courses are flagged and numbered including show jumping.
All the courses are published on my website.
Click on each jump to see a pic of it.
Click on each “i” button for info on each course like optimum time, speed faults if applicable and number colors.
The jump off is 1,4,2,9 in the direction of the flags.

I forgot stall cards so if you get there early text or email me about where to put your horse.
I’ll be there by 6 am to hang stall cards. Office open at 7. Please give us a few min to get the printer working before you come for packets!!!

Sj maps day of show.

Xc derby rounds have assigned times. Derby will be scored the rider with the least amount of xc penalties closest to OT without going over wins.

Jumper rounds are scheduled. Jumper rounds go first for each level. Check divisions around you to estimate times.

Jumper and derby rounds are open to add in day of show.

Dressage starts at 8

Sj starts at 9 with lead line, adventurer, gag, starter, bn, n, training, modified, high jumper.

Xc - 1220-245.

Volunteers:
Dressage - arrive at 740 -2
Sj - arrive at 830-3
Xc arrive at 1130 -255

Office opens at 7 am Sunday
Stalls assigned - cards up by 1130 Saturday. All stalls are sold. Please strip your stalls at the end of the day.

Show Volunteers needed Sunday, May 14.
Positions needed :
Dressage Stewart 8 AM to 3 PM
Show jumping Stewart, 9 AM to 3:30 PM
CrossCountry Stewart, approximately 11 AM till 4 PM
Cross-country timers, starter and jump judges. I need 6 to 10 people from 11 AM until approximately 3:30 PM.

I need one person in the office, preferably with knowledge of scoring for eventing to check people in and answer questions and hand out ribbons from 7 AM until 4:30 PM 

I need many many people to help set up and teardown. If you come Saturday, May 13 and help us set up, I’m more than happy to give you a free Jumper class or derby round the day of the show.  if you tear down after the show, I’m more than happy to give you a free, derby, round Jumper class or schooling good for the next show. 

Set up Saturday, May 13 is tentatively 10 AM to 3 PM 

Tear down Sunday, May 14 is tentatively around three or 4 PM and usually lasts about an hour and a half.

We have a lots of fun toys to help make the job easier we have gators and electric bikes and they are very enjoyable tasks. 

Snacks for set and tear down provided. My all day of show workers will get lunch and snacks provided.

Late next week will publish times and actual volunteer times based on the ride time schedule.

Entries for the show are up to date in Startbox. Check your entry for accuracy!!
We are accepting entries for 5 more days. Easiest entry ever!! Just email me your name, horse name, division, and Venmo fees and your done!!

We have some stalls left if you want one!! It’s gonna be a great day!!

No closing date on Jumper rounds and some derby slots are available day of the show. No late fees for lead line, derby, or jumper entries. Come and enter day of show!!

Team Red Fox made a good showing at the MVEA year end awards!! Congrats ladies. So proud of you all.

We had a great day free jumping our babies and horses in training.
Thanks to Arden McHugh Nancy McHugh Emily Emily M. Tincher Abby Graham for all the help. It was so much fun seeing all our babies potential.
