Hanson Family Farms Hanson Family Farms is exactly that, all the care of the animals is done by the family. We sell our products at local farmer's markets.

We raise quality lamb, goat, pork and beef that produce tasty and nutritious meat to serve on your table. We are a small Family Farm raising sheep, meat goats, beef cattle and pigs. We sell our product at two local Farmer's Markets: Vallejo Saturdays 9 to 1 PM and Livermore on Sundays 9 AM to 1 PM. We try to keep a variety of lamb, goat, beef and pork, and are willing to get special cuts for you

if possible. We have a large variety of sausages made from pork, goat, beef and lamb. We also raise and sell whole meat chickens. If you have questions, you can leave a message here or call Jim at 925 759-4378.

Not the best picture, but came home to 14 brand new baby pigs today. Somehow I forgot to put their due date on my calendar, she took care of it on her own!

We have red wine and garlic lamb sausage back in stock. We have merguez back.

If you want a box of chicken broth fixin's (includes a combination of backs, feet, keels and necks), you can get a whole box for $40. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance and we can bring it to the market.

Jim and Eileen will be at the Vallejo market and the Livermore market this weekend. And if the market is running, they'll be there on the 5th and 6th of July!

We will be in Vallejo tomorrow, June 21st. We are running a special. Our chicken wings are normally $14 a pound, they'll be $12 per pound until the end of July. We'll see you there!

I'm sorry we were not at the Livermore Farmer's Market today. We had some family issues come up. We are all fine, but Jim was in the ER last night until 3 AM with his sister, so we're all a bit groggy. If you need me to set aside something for you next week, email me at [email protected]. Just a heads up, we will not be at market in Vallejo Saturday. PGE turned off power in our area due to (supposed) high winds. I am not willing to do all the opening and closing of our freezers with no power. See you next Saturday!

We have a small group of Muscovy ducks that are looking for a new pond. There is a rehoming fee. We would like to see them go as pairs or triples.
