🌙✨ Grief is a teacher. Shadow is a mirror. Love is the medicine. ✨🌙

Over the past six weeks, I’ve been moving through a season of grief, trauma processing, and soul-deep healing. The details are still unfolding, and justice will prevail—but for now, I honor the sacred quiet. Thank you for respecting the space I need to navigate this chapter.

What I can say is this: since the start of 2025, Spirit has been guiding me—through shadow work, self-compassion, grounding, heart-healing, and now, connection. All of it has been supported by the very tool I created from my own spiritual walk—The Spiral Journey Oracle Deck.

This deck was made for moments like this. For the stuckness. The stillness. The deep questioning. When you need gentle guidance and a reminder that you’re not lost—just evolving.

This morning, after a weekend of soul rest and finally some good sleep, I noticed a small Post-It my daughter had placed on my door... I have no idea when. But it met me like a ray of sun. The cloud began to lift. The warmth melted the anger. My thoughts softened. I saw my space differently. I saw myself differently.

This time, I didn’t question the love.
I didn’t try to earn it.
I believed it.

What makes this season of depression different from others is that I didn’t run from it—I leaned in. I honored the anger, the sadness, the fear, the re-traumatization. And in that leaning, I’ve seen where I need more softness, more closure, more patience, more truth.

🌀 Every spiral inward gives us the strength to rise again.

To anyone else moving through heaviness: I hope you find a small treasure today—a note, a sign, a moment that reminds you that you are loved. Something you would’ve missed if you weren’t aligned enough to see it.

If you find love today—celebrate it.
Because every step made in love is worthy of celebration in you.

I recently held an entire weekend of Inner Glow Gatherings and Guided Healing Sessions.

It was one of the most beautiful weekends SameStar has had to date.
