Gingerbread is growing up at the Barn, and we'd really love to change that! ❤️

This sweet girl is spending her puppyhood at Red Barn Rescue when she should be enjoying life in a home of her own!

Thankfully, one of our amazing volunteers recently treated Gingerbread to a fun outing, and she had an absolute blast "digging up bones!" 🦴 It's little adventures like these that remind us how much she's missing out on while she waits.

Could you open your home to Gingerbread? A foster home would be wonderful, but a forever home would be even better! ❤️

🎉 FOXY HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🎉

Our sweet little Foxy has officially found his forever home! We hope he is loved and spoiled and has plenty of adventures with his new dad! 🥰

A huge thank you to Foxy's foster family for giving him a safe, loving place to land while he waited for his happily ever after. ❤️

Rocky Red has some BIG news to share! ❤️

After patiently waiting for his chance, this handsome boy has FINALLY scored himself a foster home! And judging by these photos, we'd say he's settling in quite nicely! Just look at those soulful eyes, those floppy ears, and that sweet face. How could anyone resist?! Rocky Red is just over a year old, and the hard parts like crate and housetraining, are already done!

We're so happy that Rocky Red now has a comfy place to hang out while he waits for his happily ever after. But his journey isn't over yet! Next stop: FOREVER HOME! 🏡 But we need your help to get him there...

This sweet, happy-go-lucky guy is about a year old, weighs just 37 pounds, and has so much love and fun to offer! Pretzel is friendly, playful, curious, and always ready for his next adventure. He enjoys going for walks, does well on a leash, and gets along with both dogs and cats! He's a great age for someone looking for a young, active companion who's ready to enjoy life by their side.

Lila is one of those dogs who makes you smile the minute you meet her! She's happy, friendly, affectionate, and always ready to hand out kisses to anyone willing to accept them!

At around 3 years old and 43 pounds, Lila is a wonderful medium-sized companion with so much love to give. She may have a few scars from her past, but they certainly haven't dampened her beautiful spirit. This girl loves people and is more than ready to start her next chapter with a family of her own!

Lila is waiting at Red Barn Rescue, and we would LOVE to see her finally get the happy ending she deserves.

Nyx is a beautiful 1–2-year-old kelpie mix weighing about 40 pounds, and this girl has SO much personality! She's smart, playful, energetic, and an absolute champion at fetch! Give her a ball, a yard to run in, or a kiddie pool to splash around in, and she's one happy pup!

Nyx can be a little shy when meeting new people, but a walk or a game of fetch is usually all it takes to start winning her over. Nyx would thrive in an adult-only home with an active family who appreciates her enthusiasm for life. She'd love a yard to play in and could enjoy a canine companion who can match her energetic play style. No cats though!

Nyx has so much love and happiness to share. She just needs someone to give her a chance! If you can't adopt, please consider fostering!

Everyone LOVES Buddy! So why is he still waiting for a home? 🤔

At every event Buddy attends, he's a crowd favorite! People love him, other dogs love him, and he happily soaks up all the attention. He's calm, friendly, affectionate, and just an all-around wonderful little guy!

But despite making so many friends everywhere he goes, Buddy has received very little adoption interest. We just don't understand it!

Buddy is about 3 years old, weighs under 30 pounds (he's smaller than he looks in pics!), and has SO much love to give. Other than needing a home without cats, we really can't think of a downside to this sweet boy!
