We are saddened to announce that our sweet Wilma passed away unexpectedly yesterday at 8 years old. She was a nosy, noisy pup but grew into a sweet old lady. She will be greatly missed, especially by our three children who have never known her not to be around.

Remember this sweet little puppy Luna? She's all grown up now. We've made an attempt at breeding but won't know for a few weeks whether or not it's successful. Fingers crossed for her and Leo! They'd make such cute puppies 😍

Update:

We just wanted to share that we do not currently have any puppies available. We still have our sweet hounds Redford & Wilma, as well as their sweet daughter Luna. We also still have our newest addition Leo who is now 2 years old. We have been holding off on puppies due to growing our two legged family this year. Hopefully, Luna & Leo will get bit by Cupid and bless us with some new puppies in 2025. We appreciate all who follow our page 🥰

We regret to inform you all that we will not have any puppies available from this litter. Our female became ill and had to stay at the vet several days. We tried our hardest to bottle feed, dropper feed, and even tube feed the babies under direction of our local vet. Unfortunately, we were unable to help them grow and thrive. Our last little girl, Miss Piggy, passed a few days ago. We are very saddened by their loss. We will be retiring the female from our breeding program so she can rest and recuperate fully. Thank you all for your interest in the puppies! We will be emailing all who completed the interest form later this week to share information on a few other breeders you may want to reach out to for upcoming litters.

This past week has been very challenging for us here at GABH. I was out of town Tuesday-Friday morning for a work meeting in Atlanta. This left Ross home alone with puppy care. Thankfully, a sweet young lady we know was home from college and stepped up to help Ross with this intense task.

Wilma, our mommy dog, has been at the vet for three days with complications from giving birth. The puppies have been receiving around the clock care and syringe/bottle feeding. Despite dedicated care, we lost Summer Penguin and Beaker earlier in the week.

When I arrived home yesterday, the 6 remaining puppies appeared to be taking a turn for the better. We put on their collars for a few minutes to take pictures of Miss Piggy (pink), Camilla Chicken (white), Kermit (green), Animal (red) Fozzy (brown) and Gonzo (blue).

This morning, Kermit and Animal unexpectedly died while we were sitting there trying to do a feeding of the puppies. 😭 Our efforts will continue to try to keep Miss Piggy, Camilla, Fozzy, and Gonzo healthy. In good news, we just got off the phone and there has been some minor improvements for Wilma!

Thanks for your thoughts, prayers and patience as we dedicate our time to ensuring the animals are as comfortable as possible.
