💫 Positivity is in the air and today started off in the cutest way… Our little farm family decided to surprise us by bringing the outside INSIDE 🐓🦆🐥🐾

Yes, there was chaos. Yes, there was p**p (lots of it 😂). But there was also so much joy, laughter, and love. The kids were excited, the dogs and cats didn’t mind at all, and my heart was full watching everyone together under one roof. 💕

Life with animals isn’t always perfect, it’s messy, wild, and unpredictable…BUT it’s also beautiful, happy, and full of pure love. And that’s exactly why we do what we do here at E.A.C. Paws & Claws Sanctuary. 🐾

This milestone means every dollar can go further to help the animals, and it brings us one step closer to building the strong, lasting sanctuary we envision.

🐾✨ Big news for E.A.C. Paws & Claws Sanctuary ✨🐾

Today, we received our very first rescue call as a 501(c)(3) non profit!! 💕 A kind family reached out after their son found a tiny kitten in need, and they asked us if we could help. We are estimating she is approximately 2-3 months old.

While our mission focuses on rescuing and giving sanctuary to older animals—those overlooked, abandoned, or at risk in shelters—we will always step in when we can to help a life in need. Every animal deserves safety, love, and a chance to be cared for. 💖

This little one is safe with us tonight, and we couldn’t feel more official as a sanctuary family. 🏡🐱

I am beyond excited to officially share that we are now a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization! 🎉

This has been a dream years in the making — built with love, sweat, and faith that every animal deserves compassion, safety, and a second chance. 💗

As the Founder & President of E.A.C. Paws & Claws, I couldn’t be more proud to take this next step. Our mission is simple but powerful:
🌿 Provide a safe, loving sanctuary for animals in need
🌿 Rehabilitate, shelter, and rehome with dignity
🌿 Promote awareness, kindness, and respect for all animals

This milestone means that every donation made to our sanctuary is now tax-deductible and will directly support the animals we care for and the vision we’re building. 🐶🐱🐐🐓

Dewey 🕊️💔
Sep 2019 – Aug 2025

Today, our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to one of our most beloved companions, Dewey. A wise and gentle soul who was much more than just a cat. He was family. He was a guardian. He was spirit.

Dewey was one of those rare souls, sometimes are quiet, knowing, and deeply intuitive. He had a way of showing up at the perfect time, sitting beside us in silence when words weren’t needed. He didn’t just live at the sanctuary, he helped anchor it. Always calm, always watching, always connected.

He was a reminder of why we do what we do here at Paws & Claws. Every animal matters. Every soul leaves a mark. And some, like Dewey, guide us through more than we realize until they’re gone.

As we lay him to rest, surrounded by love and the land he helped us dream into being, we’re reminded that the sanctuary isn’t just about saving lives, it’s about honoring them. Dewey gave us so much more than companionship. He gave us clarity, connection, and an unspoken kind of peace.

Run free now, sweet boy. Your paws have left prints on our hearts forever. 💫

This project couldn’t have been completed without the help of our loyal (and very photogenic) friend Bullet 🐾 — always watching over the flock and making sure the ducks and chickens are safe and happy.
