"Always Be Kind" 🐝💚🤠

(Look at those honey combs! Wow and amazing how bees make them)

We unfortunately had to say goodbye to the largest tree on our property this week, it was dying and hollowed inside so it was becoming a potential hazard to pasture fence and horses that hang around as well. In the process of removing it, it was discovered that one section was full of honey bees. Luckily we were able to find a local beekeeper passionate about preserving genetics and they are working today on removing the bees safely.

We share this world with lots of other creatures and it’s always best to “bee kind” and do no harm whenever possible. 🐝 ❤️

Im not crying...13yrs since I sat in a school car pickup line, waiting on my daughter to get out of school. Today she is exactly what she told East Montgomery in 2006..to be a paramedic🚑❤️ Now it is my granddaughter Rain's turn for school! Me...still doing the same thing in the car line as I did in 2006...conditioning a child's saddle🤠

When your 🐎 does a good number on her blanket it can be a good thing sometimes 🤠

Many things go into water proofing💦 a horse blanket. A good quality horse blanket will have water proofing seam tape to cover those seam holes. Here at ATR🌲🐴🌿, we use Stormsure adhesive glue, the only chemical thing i will ever have in my shop. Replacing seam tape on a Stormshield blanket with the best water proof adhesive...Stormsure🖌
..then its time to reinsulate this Stormshield!

Dont want patch work design to your horses blankets? When you have a damaged blanket, my grandma's ol Stitch n Pull stitching helps keep water from seeping through original stitching💜

The boys🐴 may not like the look of ruffle butts (more pleats), but they getting ruffle butts...mom says so😜🤠

August is FULL! We will be closed for the month of September, but have opened the calendar for the first week of September, as our vacation plans have shortened. Blankets scheduled that week will not be delivered till we return from South Dakota October 1st. I have a drop off event scheduled for Aug 30th Chasing Dreams Fun Show, and will fill that first week of Sept with show drop offs if any availablity. If you are planning to be dropping off at the Fredonia Valley Riding Club show in Fredonia, Kentucky you MUST have your blanket count scheduled with me prior to show.

When its late at night feeling worried about your mom that has been confirmed progressive dementia...you receive a sweet message from a Kentucky client💚 🥰She won roses from my ATR's Run for the Roses🐎⚘️ contest back on KY Derby Day! Makes me smile to know i can still make someone smile 🥰, even when im not feeling the best. Need some prayers for my mom and dad, my sisters, brother, and I, we appreciate it.
