Sleeping the sleep of a rescue pup who knows he is safe. When Willie wakes we are going to tell him that he has a ticket to ride the Freedom Highway. 🚐 That's right, our good friend Janet Sailor Tobin said yes to another collab!! Janet, with all her rescue connections, is going to help us walk this best boy home!
When we took in Willie we had no plan, no funds, no foster, and an overwhelming vet bill. But we had faith in our rescue community. And that faith was met with action. Rebecca stepped up to foster, funds began to trickle in, an adopter paid down our vet bill and now Willie will soon have a family of his own.
🌟When faith leads, miracles follow.🌟
Thank you all for being change makers in the lives of abandoned abused and neglected dogs. Together this little rescue community does great things!

Out of the shelter and straight into our hearts, Willie! 💛

Willie came to us after losing his mama and finding himself in the shelter. Even as we temporarily pause new intakes to regroup and take care of some bills, we couldn’t say no to Wills

Stories like Willie's are why rescue work matters and also why planning ahead for our animals matters too. Making sure our pets will always be loved and cared for, no matter what, is one of the greatest gifts we can give them.

Her story began with heartbreak. This baby Roadie was abandoned, left in a laundry basket, confused, terrified, and vulnerable
But today, the plot twist!
Lainey now has a loving foster mama, Michelle, who is keeping her safe, warm, and cared for. Even better? Lainey has a forever mama waiting for her up north. The best? We have both moms in a messenger chat and we are loving the heart felt connection they made as her adopter chose a name and Michelle posted photos and shared sweet stories.
This is what rescue is about, strangers becoming family and love saving lives. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. 🐾

This little girl was abandoned in Little Rock. Rebecca and I took one look at this photo her finder sent and agreed that we wanted to help. Michelle has stepped up to foster and we East Coasters are already networking like crazy for her. She needed a Village and ours is the best!! Thank you Michelle! 😘

Mommy Tilly and her babies have officially landed on the East Coast. She definitely knows she isn’t in Arkansas anymore. Folks talk a little funny up here, ya can’t drink the water in that big pond called the Atlantic Ocean, and it’s pretty dang chilly so Tilly is understandably nervous and keeping a close, watchful eye on her pups.
Today is day one on the brighter side of transport and today is the very first day of a big, beautiful new life for this little family.
Endless thanks to Julie for fostering these Roadies, loving them back to life and having the strength to let them go. ❤️ You are rescue at its best.

Otis and Rufus have received their wellness exams but our vet team feels that Otis needs to sit this one out and do a little more healing before he travels North. We always want our Roadies to be in optimal health for their Freedom Ride so we are strict with our wellness protocols and work closely with our trusted vets.
Happy Tails Rufus! Otis, baby, we are just gonna keep on adoring you and packing on the love pounds! You WILL be on the next transport!

We just received a update from foster mama Julie. Ruby's puppies have received their wellness exam and traveling papers. Our Roadies are in prefect health and ready to ride with Clarissa!

You know her and you love her and someone out there must want to help her. Mama Ruby is saying goodbye to her babies this week and now she needs a soft place to land. Ruby needs a foster near Clarksville Arkansas who can see her through heartworm treatment. Ruby had been through it and she needs a foster home where she can decompress, heal her heart, and learn to trust. If anyone out there can provide this please comment below or message us.
