My ode to Puppy Blue💙

This week I realized that Blue has now spent as many days with his forever family as he spent growing up with us. 💙

I still look through his puppy photos and watch the little video I made before he left. I miss him every single day.

I recently received a lovely photo of Blue with his owner and his sister Idgie, and it reminded me how much those little updates mean. They aren't just treasured memories—they also help me see how my puppies develop, both physically and emotionally, so I can continue making thoughtful breeding decisions for future generations.

Every puppy I breed leaves with a piece of my heart, and I'll always be grateful for every photo, every story, and every glimpse into their lives. 🐾

❤️ **Two Days. Two Reunions. A Heart Full of Gratitude.** ❤️

This week, Jessie 🐾, Evie 🐾, and I took a little road trip through Virginia to visit two very special Sunnyside puppies: Niko (Mr. Black from our Colorful Litter) and Venture, my very first bred puppy.

Watching them grow into happy, confident, much-loved dogs was everything I could have hoped for as a breeder. There were plenty of puppy kisses (mostly directed at poor Evie! 😄), wagging tails, games of ball, wonderful conversations, and so many moments that reminded me why I love doing what I do.

As breeders, we eventually say goodbye to our puppies, but seeing them again with families who truly adore them makes every goodbye worthwhile. Knowing they are living their very best lives is the greatest gift we can receive.

Thank you, Kimberly & family and Keri & family, for giving these two wonderful dogs exactly the lives I dreamed they would have. It means more than words can say. ❤️🐾

🐾Today Mojo turned 8 years old!🐾
Still wagging his tail for the simplest things.
Still leaning in for cuddles.
Still loving life with his whole heart.
And honestly… we hope he never changes.
Happy Birthday, sweet Mojo, we love you to the moon and back❤🖤

Our Dragonfly Litter two weeks old already!!! They are growing, eyes are opening, and they are interacting more and more. Mama Jane is also doing very well and we are looking forward to follow their devolvement🩷🩵🧡💜

April 10,2026.
Dragonfly litter has arrived. One male and three females. Labor took 12 hours, but mama Jane & pups are doing great. I am in love 😍😍😍😍!
