After 6 years, it is time to pack up the dog treats and close our doors. But first I want to thank all who have supported me in this journey whether it was by inviting me into your home to work with you and your dog, by passing my name on to those who needed help with their canine friend or by cheering me on in this wonderful journey. It’s been an amazing experience and I am grateful for all of you ❤️

It’s coyote mating season. Keep an eye on your dogs.

Coyotes are on the prowl for food and a mate once mating season starts in late December. Don't let your dogs out alone - even in a fenced in yard. Keep your cats inside too during coyote mating season.

Just because it's winter doesn't mean ticks just disappear - they tend to "hibernate" and can be active at temps just above freezing, which is why year-round flea and tick prevention for pets is still recommended! ❄️

Wishing you a warm bed, lots of treats and just enough boundaries to make you feel safe and secure in the coming year.

Please be careful with popular holiday plants around your pets! Even though they are not listed here, lilies are extremely toxic to cats and require veterinary care immediately if ingested! If you have any concerns about your pets getting into anything potentially toxic, you can call ASPCA Pet Poison Control at 888-426-4435 or Pet Poison Helpline at 885-764-7661 (charges to apply but both are staffed 24/7). 🎄
