Thank you to everyone who is scheduled for today your patience is appreciated! The AC guy is finishing up on time and I’ll be leaving the house shortly! If any client needs Heating/Cooling I highly recommend Benson Heating and Cooling His communication was top notch (and we all know communication is the key to my heart), and he stayed on top of everything. When he came out earlier in the week he patched it up to hold us over until the new unit arrived. That’s just going above and beyond! 😍 I will be updating everyone as usual today!

If you are my client some of the items discussed in this episode may sound oddly similar to what you hear me say when we discuss private equity in Veterinary Medicine (almost like they took the words right out of my mouth 🤷‍♀️) and why I will always advocate to support a privately owned clinic.
Our wonderful Friend in Novi, Dr. Forbes was spot on in everything she mentioned in her segment. *Make sure to follow her on TikTok to see what it’s really like owning a clinic in today’s landscape.
While I have not worked under Dr. Forbes, I have had the pleasure of working under many Veterinarians who also own their own clinic and I saw the love they had for the pets and their daily sacrifices & struggles to be able to provide care while trying to stay afloat in a world full of massive enterprises.

My wonderful clients who are scheduled for Wednesday of this week-
Thank you to everyone for being flexible so I can attend a funeral on Tuesday. Since it’s a makeup day and I’m combining two routes into one, it’s important that I go fast as we have a total of 20 households on the schedule! I have done routes this size before in the past and it’s easily doable. I’ll just need to be in and out all day ❤️

As a fully mobile service, appointment times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Every pet deserves my full attention, and I will never rush through a visit just to stay on schedule.

There are many factors that can affect arrival times, including traffic, weather conditions, road construction, and each pet’s individual needs and behavior. Some appointments may take longer than expected, while others may finish early.

If you have an appointment scheduled, please avoid making time-sensitive plans around your estimated appointment time. Since I travel from pet to pet throughout the day, I cannot always predict delays. I will do my best to keep you updated if I am running behind or ahead of time.

I appreciate your patience and understanding. My priority is providing the best possible care and service to every pet I see.
