Just a little professional fyi-
Walking or running on concrete is not suggested after a nail trim, especially if your dog pulls . Even if the nail is not quicked it can open it up being freshly cut. Blaming the groomer is not the answer. It’s a simple thing- use some peroxide, hold some pressure, add some corn starch to the nail with the pressure. It’s a normal thing, and happens everywhere . It doesn’t make your groomer neglectful , it doesn’t make your groomer a bad groomer. When and if your dog doesn’t hold still or is excited when going out the door it’s best to park close to the door or keep them from pulling and raking their nails on concrete. Since concrete is a way to keep dogs nails filed down, it’s obvious that it will and can open a nail up after being freshly cut.
Just a going into the weekend tidbit! Have a blessed one!!
