Ok, so our "birthday" isn't *technically* until October, but we just couldn't wait to start using our new logo 😁 After almost 10 years in business we thought it was time for a refresh. Our colors and our inspiration- our senior girl Nox- are the same as ever, but our new logo now reflects the full scope of what we offer. A big thanks to for the help!

"Reduce, reuse, recycle" - Maddie, probably 😂 It's not uncommon for dogs to bring toys out on a walk with them or find a good stick to carry along the way. Holding something in their mouths can provide an outlet and a source of comfort for dogs in overstimulating environments. Maddie likes to pick up recyclables! Being a reactive dog parent is hard! It can be isolating, embarrassing, frustrating and even heartbreaking. Those of us who know the struggle can absolutely spot one another in the wild. Getting silent support in the form of a sympathetic smile when your dog is having a meltdown can go a long way. If you've never been around a reactive dog before, here are some of the things we wish everyone knew!

Bringing your baby home for the first time can be equal parts exciting and anxiety-inducing. After all, this is the first day of the "new normal" for you, your dog and your baby and you're all going to be learning as you go. There are things you can do to make that first day home a little smoother and lower stress for everyone. We're in for some high heat over the next few days! 🌡☀️ As hard as heat is on us, it can be even rougher on our dogs. They're not so great at knowing how to manage themselves so it's up to us to make smart choices for them .

We are grieving the unexpected loss of a beloved Hounds family member today 🐶🌈Rooney was such a unique spirit, a cannonball of love, humor and joy. We loved him so much and will never forget the feel of getting gently scraped by his bottom teeth when he tried to give smooches. Rooney Tunes, Roo Roo, The Tactical Meatball- you were such a goofball in the very best way and the world is a little less bright without you in it 💔
