❄️ Keeping Your Pets Warm This New Hampshire Winter 🐶🐱
Brrr… winter in NH is no joke! While we bundle up, our pets need a little extra help staying cozy too. Here are a few simple ways to keep them safe and warm this season:
🧣 Layer up: Short-haired, senior, and small pets may benefit from sweaters or coats during walks.
🏠 Create cozy spaces: Provide warm bedding away from drafts and cold floors.
🐾 Limit time outside: Shorten walks during extreme cold and wipe paws after being outdoors to remove ice melt and salt.
🔥 Watch the heat: Keep pets away from space heaters and fireplaces to prevent burns.
🥣 Fuel the warmth: Some pets burn extra calories in winter, so ask us if diet adjustments are needed.
