๐พ No-Call / No-Show Policy for Grooming Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved especially for your pet. When you miss an appointment without notice, it affects our schedule and other clients who need grooming services.
To ensure fairness and smooth operations, weโve established the following policy:
๐ซ What is a No-Call / No-Show?
A No-Show means you did not arrive for your scheduled appointment and did not contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
๐ Policy Details:
1st Offense: We understand things happen โ you'll receive a friendly reminder of our policy.
2nd Offense: A No-Show Fee of $25 to $95 (or a percentage of your petโs service cost) will be charged.
3rd Offense: You may be required to prepay in full for future bookings or may be removed from our client list at our discretion.
โ ๏ธ Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and consider it a no-show, especially during peak hours.
โ Emergency Cancellations
We understand emergencies happen. If you reach out within 24 hours after a missed appointment, we may waive the fee on a case-by-case basis.
