A little story time..
We are firm supporters of our law enforcement officers in this house. Having been a patrol family for 13 years and now a sworn officer/agent for the state of Montana DOJ, we know the risks, the sacrifice, the heartache and the calling of the job. We stand firm with them daily and we pray constantly for their safety and to return home to their families after each and every shift. When we lived in MA, every year we would make, bag, tag, and deliver cookies to all the human police officers and Kongs to all the K9’s on Cape Cod and just over the bridge as a small reminder of how much they were appreciated. It usually amounted to about 5,000+ cookies but it was one of my favorite things to do, especially with my kids in tow, and my partner in crime Erin with me. When we moved to montana that task seemed nearly impossible because of how far each department is spread. But i wanted to honor those we know and serve still, hence Jowls of Joy. Along with that we made this wall of Honor, that i walk by 19864457 times a day and pray over every time. It’s filled with family and friends who we’ve lost in the line of duty, or are still serving and it’s one of my favorite parts of the house. We love adding new pictures to it and filling the space. I just sent K9 Kitts and his handlers along with Bleky’s and Franks to be printed so we can add them as well! We will always back the blue and support them in any way we can and we thank all of you for supporting us in that mission!
