“Hi everyone! 🐶 It’s me, Hunter! And guess what?! This was my very first time at Willow Branch Kennel… and oh my gosh, it was AMAZING!

I got to sniff everything, run around in the grass, and meet so many new doggy friends. 🐾 We played chase, we rolled in the country air, and I even got extra belly rubs from the humans — they’re the best!

At first I was a little nervous… but then I realized — this place is like doggy paradise! 🌟 Now I don’t wanna leave.

So, if you’re a pup like me, tell your humans: ‘Take me to Willow Branch Kennel!’ Trust me, you’ll be wagging your tail all day long. Woof woof!” 🐕💚

We are beginning to transition reservation systems so all boarding and grooming will be on the same platform. We hope to have the new reservation platform live after Labor Day weekend. All information and reservations will be transferred over. Thanks.

Summer is coming to a close, so it’s time to update people.

Willow Branch - Monticello will begin moving to their new location soon. We hope the transition will be seamless. After Labor Day we plan to start moving boarding kennels over. There will be a short period of time where we will only offer boarding in Cisco.

We are working with Willow Branch Grooming to all get on the same software. All reservations and information should transfer.

A mix of clouds and sun with gusty winds. High 88F. Winds SSW at 20 to 30 mph. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph..

You may have heard some rumors, but today we made it official. We found the forever home for Willow Branch Monticello when we purchased Monticello Bowl. Over the next 6 months we will totally be renovating the interior to house boarding, daycare, grooming, training and store.

With 16,000 square feet will be able to add more boarding rooms. Additionally it will allow us to expand our booming and growing grooming business with dedicated bathing and washing areas. Training will have a larger space as well too. Best yet we will have a larger outdoor area and a PAVED parking lot (no more white dog prints in the car)

Evan and Amy want to give a big thanks to Ge**er State Bank for sharing their vision. 25 years ago they believed in Evan’s parents, Jim & Sandy when they started the kennel in Cisco.

We had a dog dropped off that was picked up on Route 32 between Cisco and Cerro Gordo. If this is your pup, contact Evan at 217-669-2167 ext 1. I will wait until 4/17 to contact animal control. Currently being housed here at the kennel.

A friend found this article as she was going through some of her treasures. This will be our 27th summer in business. Glad these two are around, in a different role, working as grandma and grandpa now.

For all those fur parents watching the weather, we are fine here in Cisco. Not much weather at all. A nice rain is about it. Stay safe to those parents traveling.
