Evan knows what you are thinking. “What is Evan doing with a commercial mixer and convection oven?” And hoestly, those are valid questions. His wife asks him similar questions often.

These two tools are going to serve as the cornerstone of Willow Branch Biscuitry. Soon we we will be baking our own dog treats in house. These lab tested treats will be avaiable at our store and hopefully other stores in central illinois.

Additionally, Evan hopes to develop the relationship with Piatt County Mental Health to offer employment to the special needs individuals that use their services.

Our Cisco location is full for thanksgiving. We added 25 rooms to Willow Branch - Monticello and are down to 4 available rooms. Filling up for Christmas holiday quickly. Book your stay today

Please be patient with us. Evan was injured in an accident Friday. He undergoes another surgery Monday. Phones will be answered by Monticello this week. Emails might be delayed.

He hopes to resume in some capacity this week

Thanks for all the feedback on the new reservation system. We are still working out some bugs. All three locations are on one platform, but customers have to select the correct one. If you follow the link https://booking.moego.pet/ol/landing?utm_medium=embed&wmode=opaque&name=WillowBranchKennel this will take you to the landing page. From there, you select Cisco, Willow Branch - Monticello, or Willow Branch Grooming to make the reservation. I have included a photo in the comments.

Our new reservation is up. We are working out the details.

Evan wants to apologize to those that submitted reservations yesterday. He wakes up fairly early to get some work done. So those that received texts confirming your reservation at 4:30 this morning, he sincerely apologizes. He has changed the confirmation preference to email.

Heidi will start offering grooming again at Cisco on Mondays 🙌🏼

Wonderful news! Heidi is embracing all the newborn snuggles with baby girl Penelope but misses all the dog snuggles. She will be back part time starting in November.
She will be grooming Mondays at our Cisco location
Wednesday & Fridays at our Monticello location

I also forgot to mention, that starting some time in October Heidi from Willow Branch Grooming will be back grooming here in Cisco part time!

Lots of important announcements.

1) Our new reservation site, Moego, will be live on October 6. I will send out an email with details. The platform is much simpler, but most important, both locations and grooming will be on the same platform again.

2) Willow Branch - Monticello will begin their transition to the Howling Alley on October 6th. Daycare, grooming, and Best Paw Forward Dog Training will all be located there.

3) There will be no boarding in Monticello the first two weeks of October while we move rooms. We will hopefully have the boarding side up an running by October 20th. In the meantime, boarding will still be open at Cisco.

4) Willow Branch Cisco will remain open. No plans to ever close that location permanently. However, after this year Evan needs a vacation. He is planning on closing the kennel from January 28th through February 11th while his family takes a vacation. There will be plenty of boarding available in Monticello during that time.

In the next week, we will begin our transition from Gingr reservation software to Moego. All data will be transferred and reservations. We feel this platform is a bit more user friendly, and it will allow Willow Branch Grooming, Willow Branch - Monticello and us to be all on the same reservation system.

We’ve got something to celebrate around here! If you’re headed to the game tonight, you may see some of your favorite WBK dog handlers on the field! (Can’t wait to see the halftime performance myself!)
