We groom by appointment so no walk ins. We do NOT groom one on one, right now. As it would cost more for your pet to be the only one here while grooming. We have been having clients come, call, text to see if we are done, yet. This is causing unnecessary stress on the pets. (Especially when you come in) this causes us to stop, and take more time, or if a pet potties anytime during the grooming process, then that takes time to clean up and handle. Most small pets take between 2-3 hours to do, and as they get bigger and more hair it takes more time. So effective Monday May 5th, 2025, we will have MONDAYS by appointment only. We will have to make your appointment if you want a Monday. Let us know if you have questions or concerns..
