Just a reminder our Madison Road office will be closing 12/31/24. If you have a prescription food you typically pick up from that location their last food delivery date will be 12/20/24. All prescriptions will be transferred to our Ridge road office. You are also able to visit our online pharmacy at Lewisanimal.com to set up at home delivery.

Did you know that heartworms have been diagnosed in all fifty states? Heartworms are transmitted to both dogs and cats through the bite of a mosquito carrying immature worms. A blood test can be performed while you wait, to determine whether or not your pet has been infected with heartworms.

Dear Valued Clients,

Over the last 42 years we have been lucky enough to have you support us at our Madison Road office in O'Bryonville, a space in which we rent. We have been notified by the owner that they will be selling the building. We will be seeing appointments through the end of 2024. Their last day seeing appointments will be on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

This change will not affect our main hospital, located at 8601 Ridge Road in Amberly Village (phone number: 513-821-1101). We are ready to welcome you and we look forward to serving you and your pets here. Many of you have already been to our state of the art facility on Ridge and are familiar what we are able to do. We believe this change will allow our doctors to continue to focus on modern quality care, provide additional surgical availabilities and appointment times for all of our clients. For those of you who have not visited our Ridge Road office we are excited to introduce you to our modern building with ample parking with additional services offered such as surgery, dental care, boarding and grooming to name just a few.

We understand that this change may result in some inconvience and apologize in advance for any caused. We truly appreciate your 42 years of loyality at our Madison Road office. We look forward to the oportunity to continue to care for your loved ones at our Ridge Road office in Amberley Village.

Currently our Ridge office is out of power and their phone lines are down. Our Madison Road office does have phones and power but no access to scheduling at this time.

Just a reminder this location will not have a doctor available for appointments the rest of this week. We will be available for medication pick-ups Tuesday 6/25-Saturday 6/29. Next week we will have normal business hours on Monday July 1st (limited dr hours) but our Madison road office will be closed July 2-4th and return to normal business hours on Friday July 5th (limited dr hours).
