Menopausal Support Tea Blend

With so many of us aging and not having anyone to guide us including myself, it has forced me to start my own research. To say I was shocked by what I've been learning is putting it mildly.

This tea blend is not meant to cure symptoms but I'm hoping it can supplement existing routines when not all symptoms are completely responding to treatment.

I have chosen ingredients that have been known to help with ANXIETY, NIGHT SWEATS, HOT FLASHES, HORMONAL BALANCE, IRRITABILITY, SLEEP, MOOD, DIGESTIVE, CIRCULATION and LOW LIBIDO. All symptoms of peri and post menopause! Yeah I had no idea what the total impact was either. There are other symptoms that I'm not addressing with this tea (such as UTI's) but I can make suggestions for them or make a separate tea blend.

The ingredients I don't have on hand are on the way. Look for the announcement soon or check out my store.

I have no problem talking about this with anyone who is struggling. Just send that message and I will share what has been working for me as well as a few of my friends. If you are too shy, please seek help from a doctor who specializes in menopausal health. Our doctors are still in the dark ages on this subject and even many of the "specialists" are a little behind.

Hmm...what is this? Yes this is the migraine/headache tea and the sleep tea. They smell AMAZING!! Apparently the larger bags I bought won't hold enough so for now if you want 2 oz it will have to wait until my bags arrive or I can send you a "baggie". 😂. The 1 oz will come in two .5 oz bags. Tea bags are unbleached.

Retail will be:
1 teabag (sample) $25 oz (approx. 8 tsp) $8
1 oz (approx 15 tsp) $16
2 oz $22. This is the size I don't have bags for yet.

Migraine/headache Ingredients: feverfew, peppermint, lemon balm, ginger root, chamomile and lavender (all organic ingredients). This is my own blend and targets migraine/headaches triggered by inflammation, tension, nausea and more.

Sleep Tea Ingredients: california poppy, chamomile, lemon balm, passionflower and skullcap all organic ingredients). This is also my own blend and promotes restful sleep, reduce anxiety and helps quiet a busy mind.

Reminder for everyone that natural remedies may not work for everyone. I would recommend detoxing as much as possible to get the full benefits of natural products.

CAUTION for the migraine/headache tea: do not use if you're pregnant or allergic to ragweed; may interact with blood thinners or medications.

CAUTION for the sleep tea: may enhance the effects of sleep medication, avoid if pregnant and do not drive

Our chameleon eggs are finally hatching! Jennifer and I are so very excited as is Eric & Nicole at Flatrock. These babies are Flatrock’s Dexter x our Elvira. We have waited so long for this!

I'll be working on a super powerful face/body serum today. This serum will include rosehip oil, avocado oil, hyaluronic acid, d-ribose, vitamin e, pomegranate seed oil, niacinamide, frankincense, jamaican black castor oil, black seed oil, panthenol and ascorbyl glucoside. Due to this combo being oil AND water based it will also include an emulsifier and preservative.

What does it target??? Hydration, brightening, anti-aging and barrier repair.

If I have all of the ingredients I will also make up some blue tansy facial cleanser to go with it. Blue tansy is known for its soothing, purifying and anti-inflammatory properties. It also smells pretty darn good!

I hope to get this to my 3 testers within the week as some will need to be shipped to. I will be asking them to take a picture (without filters lol) prior to using then another picture at 2 weeks and one at 4 weeks. If they (and myself) love the results it will be available to purchase in about a month.

As always, ingredients will be organic when possible and sourced from only the most reliable companies based on my research.
