Despite the cold rain, our owner got up early to draw with chalk last Saturday as a volunteer around the Portneuf District Library's EggCessible Easter Egg Hunt in Chubbuck. Thanks to so many other volunteers, the event provides children with special needs the opportunity to have some Easter fun every year!
