✨ We’re Feeling the Breeze! ✨

Not long ago, we shared that our dog-run fans were old and struggling to keep up. Almost overnight, some incredible supporters launched a fundraiser, and our amazing community stepped in, donating and coordinating to provide us with brand-new fans! 🐾💨 We were overjoyed, as those summer days can get pretty warm for both staff and pups.

When the fans arrived, we quickly realized some electrical work was needed to get them running. That’s when Ryan Michaels and Hudson Electric came to the rescue! Generously donating their time and expertise to make sure our new fans were up and running.

Because of all of you, our dogs (and staff!) can stay cooler and more comfortable. We’re so grateful for your support! ❤️🖤

Rabies is a deadly but preventable disease. Each year, World Rabies Day reminds us that we all, pet owners, veterinarians, public health workers, and community members, play a role in ending it. This year’s theme is “Act Now: You, Me, Community.”

🏈 It’s Game Day at Chippewa Humane! 🏈

Every Sunday during football season we’ll be running our own “Pet Playoffs.” Each week you’ll meet one or two of our adoptable MVPs (Most Valuable Pets) 🐾 complete with their player stats so you can see their best moves (zoomies, snuggles, treat drives, and more!).

Eight different local Oktoberfest beers on tap! 🍻

Best dressed competition for Men, Women, and Couple at 6pm

Brats with kraut and charcoal chicken will be offered as well

This year for our VBS service project, the kids packed food bags, made fleece toys, and created cards for the animals at the Chippewa Humane Association. Thank you so much to our helpers who delivered the kits so the animals can enjoy them! 🐾🐱
