Been relaxing with the dogs a little meaning taking em out and not being so serious. Like they cut corners or chase the loose dogs (my own dogs not a stranger dog lol) and I just roll with it and enjoy them enjoying running. It’s Not like I’m training for the Iditarod lol also it creates a little more space for me to learn what they are thinking and a little more back and forth conversation between me and the dogs. Been a different year mushing and I am loving it. Taking the kids out on the sled too gives the dogs a nice weighted sled workout. Now when I go by myself they really move it cuz I have no weight in the sled. 😅

Sharing the sport of Dog mushing with my kids is something I never thought of but now it’s so much fun to see them learn all about it❤️
Birch the little “Holstein Husky” as I call her lol can match strides with Mr Puff on the left pretty well - when she tries! She can be a little lazy. But I know she has the energy for it! We get back from a full passenger load here and the dogs aren’t even breaking a sweat. They do move at a slower pace but they don’t mind the work! Good dogs!

Had our vaccinations and physicals this week. Everyone passed with flying colors and were good girls and boys.

I filmed this when he had that glorious snow fall at the end of December. It’s since melted and is a lot of ice. 🫣 I am doing the snow dance here! But I thought maybe you would enjoy a vid of just us,no music and the “reality” of a small dog team. ❤️✨❄️

We are so happy for the snow! Trails were a little thin. Can’t wait to get out there tomorrow. Enjoy watching the dogs frolic in the falling snow ❄️❤️✨🎄

Also I was low key proud of myself picking up these packages. See? I can save Christmas if the delivery guys fail. 🤣😂
