Meet Dosa! He came to us about a year ago at 4 years old. He has always barked very loudly with a slight growl right in your face from the moment the owner leaves until he is picked up. We tried many things even putting him by the window with a blanket to wait between bath and grooming. Finally we asked his owner to leave a piece of his own clothing with the dog. That in combination with a very stern “NO!” And “Lay down” once he started barking seemed to do the trick!!! He seemed very relaxed as if he were at home. Progress like this makes our day. It turns from a stressful experience to a very enjoyable one for everyone. Thank you to those owners for your patience, understanding & trust in us. Also for working together with us to better the grooming process from start to finish. We appreciate you 🫶

This is Indiana. A rescue dog with severe trauma. The owner has always brought him in on a light sedative and we have had to muzzle him. Now he trusts our staff and did not even growl during the entire grooming process. He left in the happiest mood and even decided to sit on his own & pose for pictures instead of running to the exit door! He is such a sweet boy & we love having him here with us at Mutt Cutts.
