Happy 4th of July from our family to yours!
On this Fourth of July we remember that we all come from somewhere. My great great grandparents from my father’s side were fresh off the boat from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 & Poland 🇵🇱. On my father’s side I’m a 5th generation American. My mother’s side Has been here since the beginning of America’s birth. On that side we have Barthelme’s and Adam’s. We are supposedly direct descendants of President John Quincy Adams. One of America’s worst and cruelest slave owners. Let’s just be real and say the Adams haven’t learned much in 250 years.
On Shelby’s father’s side her grandmother came from Canada 🇨🇦 and her grandfather came from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. On this side she is only a second generation American. We don’t know much about her mother’s side as her mother was adopted in San Antonio Texas. We’ve located her paternal grandfather’s family who is Hispanic. Her mother’s DNA test came back with 50% Native American descent so we assume her paternal grandmother has been here since the continents birth. Generational ties that predate a large portion of America’s population today.
In a word and a country big enough for us all let’s not fall for the lack or scarcity mindset being projected onto us as Jeff Bezos was just handed permanent tax exemptions after having a 45 million dollar wedding and purchasing a 5 million dollar necklace for his new wife. ✌🏼🇺🇸
There’s definitely a problem with a certain minority class in this country and it’s the top 1%.

First, I want to say Shelby and everyone I involved are safe and no one was harmed. Thursday morning 3/20/25 Shelby was in a fender bender on the 60 freeway. Traffic came to a complete stop and she rear ended the man in front of her. As he pulled away and over to the shoulder she had a moment of relief as only his bumper was bent. However, as Shelby pulled onto the shoulder a fire erupted out of the vans engine. She had seconds to throw it in park, grab poppy from her car seat and as she got out the flames were already coming over the driver side mirror and door frame.

As the man and her ran towards each other she urged him to move further away as the van has gas tanks and propane. Fortunately, the fire department was able to get the fire out before the flames could reach more fuel sources. However, the entire cab of the van was completely melted.

The most important part is Shelby is alive and no one was injured. We don’t know much from insurance yet and have little answers. We are down to one working unit with a fully booked schedule for two. We will need to rearrange the schedule to accommodate us doubling up and both working from the trailer. Until we have a new van both employees are out of work and we cannot work 7 days a week.

We have set up a gofundme if anyone feels called to help support us with our upcoming bills as our income has been reduced. On the gofundme page you’ll see exactly what bills your donations will be helping us with. We ask for grace, prayers, support, patience and love during this difficult time.

We are so thankful to our community and look forward to continuing to provide your pups with love and the highest quality of care. We are hopeful and know the only way from here is up. I am beyond thankful she is alive and here today. We love you all. Thank you for any support.

Meet Donovan Clouse 🥰❤️
The 3rd member of the Clouse Clan as I have dubbed them 😅
These 3 are normally groomed by Denise. However she is snowed in at the moment & I got to spend all day with them. ❄️⛄️ Don’t worry, she’s safe 😊.
Denise informed me that Donovan wasn’t very confident on the table and that she had been working with him to help boost his confidence.
Well, I’d say she’s been doing a great job! I was fortunate enough to capture the image of Donovan walking out of the tub and onto the table all by himself. He then proceeded to stand all the way up with a confidently wagging tail! 🤩🥳
A pets grooming isn’t just about soap & water. It’s a part of their training. It’s a part of their life experiences.
Pets who are regularly groomed and on a schedule learn the ins & outs of the grooming process. They become familiar with the movements required and the noises associated with the grooming process.
They become familiar with their handlers (groomers) and trust and a bond is formed.
Great job Denise on showing Donovan how to be a great groom dog and teaching him the confidence he deserves! It was amazing being able to witness the fruits of your patience and professionalism for this newest addition to the Clouse Clan. 🫶🏼🙏🏻👌🏼🎉💪🏼❤️🐶🐾.
