I wanted to make an announcement on here so everyone is aware. This will be the last month Hideaway Pet Spa will be open. We are not taking anymore appointments,but will finish out the appointments on the calendar for January only.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience, I hate it, but I’m not able to groom anymore.
Emma may possibly be doing grooming on her own. If you are interested please reach out to me and I will pass your information along to her for scheduling and the location she will be at.
Thank you all for your loyalty over the past several years. I will miss everyone.

I have had so many no shows or last minute cancelations over the past several weeks, its unreal. Im going to break this down for everyone.
When yall do that, that's literally taking away my income, but not only that, I have to still pay my assistant to be here, so I'm actually losing money. Im not going to continue putting up with this. For any cancelations made within 48 hours of your appointment, you will have to pay for the missed appointment before I reschedule. I get some times emergencies happen, but alot of these are bc of "forgetting".
I try to send out reminders, but yall should be writing down appointments when you schedule them.
Im sorry if this comes off harsh, but I'm about to my breaking point on this. The amount of income ive lost bc of missed appointments over the past several weeks is unreal. This is my job. I rely on this to pay my bills, I'm not doing this for fun. Its times like this i really question why I'm still grooming.
