We will not board a pet who is not up to date on their vaccines. We have to have proof of those vaccines. I know this may be upsetting to some but its what is best for YOUR pet(s) and others.

We would.like to remind everyone to please be patient when coming in to the kennel. We do not have a receptionist who sits at the front waiting for the phone to ring or people to come in. We all are there taking care of the animals. With that being said yelling down the wings does not help us do or jobs any faster. We have certain times we feed, let out, and medicate animals. Not every animal in the kennel is glad to be there and may take a few more minutes of ou time. We also have older dogs, handicapped dogs, diabetes, seizure dogs, and old timers that also require a little more attention. Its been very hot and some of these poor pups cant take the heat so we are trying to ensure their time outside isn't to long. It may be a few minutes but I promise someone will make it to the front lobby as soon as they are available. Thank you for being an understanding customer.
