Just a few reminders, we DO require your pet(s) to be up to date on their vaccines. You WILL need to provide that information. We try to remind people if we can, but there are times that we are not standing right at the computer or if you are a year(s) long customer who we just assume knows that we need those updated records. We don't enjoy turning anyone away but if the staff is doing their job the way they are asked to do it then people should not be staying with expired vaccines. Please keep the last comment in mind when getting upset with this situation, these young ladies are only doing their job and yelling at them does not make the shots any less expired.
Please bring your pet(s) in on a leash, or in a carrier. This is for the safety of your pet(s).
We only do a set amount of baths in a days time. If you are wanting a bath then you need to let us know that when you DROP OFF your dog(s) and if we have open spots we will put it on the bathing schedule. We do not bathe or clip cats nails.
