Promised Land Shepherds was founded in 2004 with the goal in mind of breeding top-pedigreed, show and working-line quality dogs that also work well as family and companion dogs in the home. We feel that if the family dog is purchased who has a lineage of long, healthy, productive lives, then this will insure that your puppies will be a member of your family for as long as is possibly capable, whic

h is what any large dog owner strives for. Because of the strong conformation quality, intelligence, eagerness to learn and loyalty of our dogs, we have also sold to Firemen, Policeman and Search and Rescue trainers, however, because we have always strived to keep them affordably priced, the majority of our dogs are placed in homes to be enjoyed as family companions for many years to come. And lastly, and most importantly, to back the quality of our lines, our puppies are all sold with a 2 year written genetic health guarantee.

West German Shepherds from top world class imported lines. All parents/grandparents/ great grandparents etc, OFA and DM Clear. 2 yr genetic health guarantee, all vaccines, worming and microchipped. Prior siblings and family members are Service Dogs, Emotional Companion Dogs, Search and Rescue, personal family members of Professional K9 Officers, working Cattle Ranch dogs, Stanford University dorm dogs (they are VERY intelligent! :-P), and just all around the best, most loving, most loyal easy to train and physically sound dogs one could ask for. Our puppies are now the product of our 20+ yrs of improvement breeding and we are very proud to see them grow old with their families. We do also offer crate and obedience training at a reasonable rate if you would like to take home a puppy with good foundational training. Amount commensurate with weeks of training requested. First week includes full crate training, sitz (sit)/bleibe (stay)/fuse (heal) on leash/look!/platz (lay down). Yes, all in 1 week! This year we were given the A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau for our longstanding small breeding program and customer service record!

We meant to post this last week, but not sure what happened to the post! We wanted to announce that as of a week and a half ago, our last male and female were adopted into their new homes. We are so sorry for those of you who have been inquiring about them and missed out. Feel free to DM us if you would like to put a deposit on a puppy in one of our future litters....here's a hint... our next pups just MAY be grandpups of the 2019 and 2021 World Seiger show in Germany, World Champion! And IF they were, there MAY still be one of each gender available! More to come soon! Karma and Prana's first litters proved to be the best of the best of our breeding in 20 years. They were both AMAZING mothers, and their pups were all beautiful, smart, calm, intelligent, playful, loving, bright and clever (did I say smart? 😁) puppies! We have had some pretty amazing mommas and puppies over the years, but I truly felt that they can't get any nicer than those 2 litters were. ..Until we had the opportunity to breed one of our own Promised Land Gals to a son of ASAP vom Aldamar! We are REALLY EXCITED to see what grandpups of ASAP vom Aldamar paired with our own Promised Land breeding will produce! Stay tuned for more soon!

Today, I am going to toot our own horn! We have officially received full accreditation from the Better Business Bureau with a A+ Rating! They actually contacted us to see if we wanted to apply for it because our record and what they saw with our beautiful puppies on our ranch and our breeding practices!
