Dear valued clients, as we enter the peak season for pet grooming appointments, I would like to inform you of two scheduling options designed to accommodate increased demand. Firstly, I strongly recommend booking appointments at least one month in advance to ensure availability. Alternatively, for existing clients, I offer the convenience of scheduling appointments at the time of pick-up. For urgent situations and when applicable, a second option is available, which accommodates appointments on short notice (with-in that week). Please note that this option incurs a fee double that of a standard grooming appointment, excluding additional services. Full payment is non-negotiable, requires advance payment, and is subject to a no-refund policy in the event of a no-show or excessive tardiness. Dear all, I am thrilled to share that my schedule is filling up rapidly. Thank you for the support and love from the community. To guarantee my current clients have appointments for their pets, I recommend the following: establish a recurring schedule for the remainder of the year, either 6 or 8 weeks, or choose a few dates and times in the upcoming months and schedule them in advance. Finally, at the conclusion of your next appointment, we can schedule your next appointment to ensure your pets receive the necessary grooming.

Dear customers, please take note that I will be closed from May 18th to May 25th. During this period, all scheduling must be done online at barkhousestudio.groomore.com. You may also text me if you have any questions or concerns, however, please be aware that I will not be able to respond until my first working day back. Additionally, I will have limited appointments available towards the end of June and before the Fourth of July. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is recommended to book your appointment as early as possible. Lastly, please note that I do not operate every day, so it is recommended to schedule a specific time and day online in advance to ensure availability.
