Adoptable Alert!

Sgt. Pepper & Beatle are bringing the girl party to you! If you talk to them about 'bacon pancakes,' they'll probably let you into their girl party club. Bonus points if you do a dance for them! These two hang with each other all day and love to give sweet chirps here and there. Occasionally they act like an old married couple who could benefit from couples therapy when one of them is closer to the treats than the other. Beatle loves to sleep on her swing while Sgt. Pepper is happy vibing on a perch. They can sometimes be divas and love if you hold their branch of millet FOR them instead of having it hanging in their cage. These gals are the sweetest and can't wait to find their forever home!

Adoptable Alert!!! 🥳🐦🤩

It's the Beatles Birds! Transferred in partnership with DuPage County Animal Services, these rock stars were part of a hoarding case involving over 150 parakeets. CLEAR accepted 10 of these birds in hopes that they will be able to find forever homes here in the city. Miss Jude (white pied female) and Lennon (green male) are a matched set of cuteness! Although Lennon has a deformed foot, it doesn't impede his ability to live his budgie life to its fullest. These two come with a horizontally oriented special needs enclosure that helps them make the most of their living space in a safe, comfortable way.

We're hanging out with our friends at The Insect Asylum, including beloved CLEAR nephew, Elvis! When we got the call last year about this magical guy, we knew exactly whom to notify- and now this Greenwing Macaw is living his best life with Nina Cativa and the rest of the IA crew. It's amazing what proper care, regular veterinary support, and and a loving flock can do!

Adoptable Alert!!! Meet Hope 🤩

Hope arrived as a stray from Ravenswood, cold and bedraggled, on January 25th. He presented with a broken leg, which our wonderful veterinary partners treated with a splint, pain meds, and prescribed cage rest. Exactly 2 months later, on March 25th, our feisty Little Boy Boot graduated from all of the above and was given a clean bill of health! Although he was confined to a special needs cage for a period of time, Hope developed a huge crush on his lookalike quarantine buddy, Sunny, and now they live side-by-side, hoping to be adopted together. Hope is a feisty boy who knows how to get around, and someone seeing him for the first time would never know that he had suffered a broken leg.
