Move for Mental Wellness isn’t just another event - it’s something we show up for together each year. It’s our chance to embrace movement, make space for mindfulness, and remind ourselves that small actions can make a big difference in our mental health.
During this year’s challenge, our teams completed over 1.2 million minutes of activities. We couldn't be more proud of our teams, and can’t wait to see what we accomplish together next. 💙
