“I’m soooooo happy Lily’s back 🥹 We all missed her dearly while she was away. My favorite trio was reunited this morning and all is right in the world again 😆 We headed over to the Flatiron District as Chloe and Lily walked cheek to cheek in perfect unison. Bentley stopped to check a couple of spots and Lily peeked over next to him to get a whiff too. Lily did a #1 while we were out then Pippa brought her home” - Bella Pet Pro 💙

She was a little thrown by some construction work, but relaxed immediately when we turned towards home again. Renee recently finished an Overnight Pet Sit with Poe 💙 We wanted to share the amazing feedback Poe’s Pawrent sent us & posted as a review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Renee for taking such excellent care of sweet Poe! 🫶🏼

“Where do I begin but to say how lucky we are to have been paired with Renee to look after our 8-year-old dog, Poe. Our regular dog walker stopped doing overnight stays a few years ago, so my husband and I have had to coordinate trips carefully.

A friend recommended Big City Woof, and after hearing such great things, I decided to give them a try even though I am extremely selective about who looks after Poe as he can be tricky.

Poe is a fantastic dog but he’s strong and can be reactive toward certain other dogs. He needs someone who understands dog behavior and can stay calm, confident, and in control. We also no longer take him to dog parks, so he requires a caregiver who can manage his energy through walks and play.

From the moment I met Renee, she bonded with Poe instantly. It was clear she genuinely loves animals and knows how to read them. I had her visit a few times for walks before I traveled, and she was never deterred by what needed to be done for Poe. She is patient, positive, and professional.

What meant the most to me was that Renee didn’t just care for Poe but she cared about him. The photos and videos she sent showed a happy dog, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When I returned, Poe actually greeted me cheerfully (instead of giving me his usual “silent treatment”), and there were no signs of stress or behavioral setbacks. That spoke volumes about how well Renee connected with him.

Renee went above and beyond in every way. She kept our home clean, restocked and cooked Poe’s meals when needed, and even painted a wonderful portrait of him that we now have displayed at home. She was punctual, thoughtful, and truly attentive to every detail.

We’re so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be asking for her help again. She gave us true peace of mind and treated Poe as if he were her own dog.
