I am accepting new clients, but I am unable to groom large and XL Goldendoodles at this time. Receive a $5 referral credit when the new client has paid for their first grooming visit. Dear Furry 2 Fluffy Pet Grooming Customers,

I made some price adjustments to the new rates that went into effect on February 1st. The new price for a nail trim/buff is $10 instead of $15. Fullgroom and Fullgroom/Cut services both received a 20% discount. The new reduced prices for the services mentioned are:

Fullgroom - small: $60
Fullgroom/cut - small: $68
Fullgroom - medium: $68
Fullgroom/cut - medium: $80
Fullgroom - large: $76
Fullgroom/cut - large: $92
Fullgroom - XL: $84
Fullgroom/cut - XL: $104

The Fullgroom service includes: an oatmeal bath, brush-out/blow-out, buffing of the nails, ear cleaning, and a hygiene cut around the face, feet, and f***y.
The Fullgroom/Cut includes: an oatmeal bath, brush-out/blow-out, buffing of nails, ear cleaning, hygiene cut, a full body hair cut. If you buy the fg or the fg/c and request the a**l glands to be done, I will include that service in either as well.
I hope these new reduced prices of the nails, fullgroom, and fullgroom/cut are more reasonable than where the new rates were on February 1st.

I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates regarding my grooming prices, which will take effect on February 1, 2025. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary for me to continue operating in today’s economy, where costs are rising. After researching pricing in our area and online, I have adjusted my grooming services to reflect more realistic rates. While most services have only increased slightly, there are some significant changes to a few specific treatments. The full groom service, and full groom/cut service have experienced the most noticeable updates. Additionally, I have revamped the frequency program and added a $25 fee per pet for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. As a small business, it’s crucial for me to maintain a consistent schedule to stay financially viable. In considering discounts, I chose to rework the frequency program rather than introduce additional discounts. I want to ensure that my loyal customers feel valued. Under the new frequency program, after 10 grooming visits, you will receive a $10 discount on your grooming bill. I am currently accepting new clients, and if you refer someone who books an appointment, you will receive a $10 discount off your next visit after their first appointment is paid. I am also introducing a new service called the Mini-Shed Treatment for $10, which includes a brush-out and blow-out but does not include a bath. This option may benefit pet owners whose shedding pets typically come in every eight weeks, allowing them to come in every four weeks to help manage shedding between appointments.The Full Groom service includes a bath, brush-out/blow-out, nail buffing, ear cleaning, and hygiene trimming around the face, feet, and rear. Although the new price may appear to have increased, it is now discounted by 20% compared to the previous nearly 45% discount. The Cut with Full Groom is also discounted by 20% and includes a full body haircut, bath, brush-out/blow-out, nail buffing, ear cleaning, and hygiene trimming. Again, while this service seems to have increased in price, it was similarly discounted by 45% prior to these changes. Finally, the pricing structure for nail buffing/clipping will now be standardized at $15, regardless of your pet's size. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to know the new prices for your pets or if you have any questions or concerns. I assure you that making these changes has been challenging for me, and I truly appreciate your continued support. I care for each of your pets as if they were my own. Dear Furry 2 Fluffy Customers,

I am sending this email to let you know that the prices for most of my services will be increased due to the rising cost of supplies and shipping. The new price increases will start on January 1, 2024. I have been doing a few things for free for a while and now those services have a charge for them. The new services that will be added are a pickup and drop off fee of $5 and the flea shampoo/dip and the Medicated Antibacterial Shampoo have new charges and require an oatmeal bath to be purchased with them. The reasoning behind charging for both baths is the flea shampoo, and the medicated shampoo are not made to clean the pet, so they need the oatmeal bath to clean, then the special shampoo to help with either killing the fleas or medicating the pet. The next change is that teeth brushing will no longer be an available service. Like last year, the a**l glands are not included in the fullgroom service anymore. If you would like the service of a**l gland expression, please request it at your appointment. The last change is that the Fullgroom and the Fullgroom/Cut will no longer be eligible for discounts due to these services already being discounted. The only exception is the frequent visit discount. To receive the frequent visit discount, five of the same grooming services must be purchased then the sixth same grooming services will be half off. For example, if a client has paid for five grooming visits of the fullgroom/cut, on the sixth grooming visit of the fullgroom/cut, the grooming bill will be half off. The frequent visit discount is per pet and will restart back at one on January 1st. I keep track of the frequent visits and can let you know if you are wondering when your pet’s frequent visit will be. All the other services provided will be available for discounts on the spinning wheel. I spin the wheel each grooming visit and if it lands on a discount, the discount is given during the check-out process.

During your pet's grooming visits in January, I will be asking for any updates to your grooming file. Please provide any new addresses, phone numbers and pet vaccine dates. The two vaccines that are required to be up to date are the Rabies shot and the Bordetella shot. These two vaccines keep your pet safe and keep me safe. The easiest way to schedule your pets for their next grooming visits is during the check-out process at pickup. I can usually get your pet in on a day and time that you request. If you do not set up the pets' next appointment, I cannot always guarantee there will be an opening when you want. A few of my clients have been scheduling three or four advanced visits to guarantee their spots. The days that go the fastest are Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Monday through Friday the earliest opening that I can do is 730 am and the latest opening is 230 pm depending on the breed of the pet. On Saturdays, the earliest opening is 9 am and the latest opening is 130 pm. To help alleviate stress that the grooming visit can put on a pet, I like to only have one pet family at the business at a time. Which is why I ask, after I text or call saying the pet is ready for pick up, please come as soon as you can to pick up your pet. This way, the pet is not in the kennels all day and they are not around other animals, not in their family. Sometimes there is some overlap between appointments, but overall, I like to keep each appointment separate. In general, most appointments take about two hours. But certain breeds take longer, and I usually will let you know in advance. That is why I do not allow drop-offs in the morning and then pick-ups in the afternoons. Pets tend to do better with less animals around. Some things that can help your pet not be so nervous for their grooming visit is do not feed the pet before coming to their visit; this helps with peeing and pooping when nervous, take them to the bathroom before bringing them in the door for their appointment, and always provide any medical conditions or food allergies that the pet has.

Until future notice, I am not able to take any new clients due to how busy it has been and there are only so many hours in a day. Sorry, I haven't posted on here in a while. I am continuing the prize wheel specials. For each grooming visit, I spin the wheel and if it lands on a special that is what your special will be. There are three 10% off total grooming bill special, two free de-shed with bath purchase specials, one free cut with fullgroom purchase special and the big special is 20% off the total grooming bill special. Still doing the frequent visits special as well. Not able to take new clients at the moment due to how busy it is. Appointments have been going fast. The easiest way to assure the appointment time you want is to schedule a head during your visit. I strive to work everyone in during the times that work for you. Happy 2022! Hope everyone is doing well. I am going to do the monthly specials a little differant this year. I will have a prize spinning wheel that will have differant specials on it. On your pet's grooming visit, you will spin the wheel to determine what your special is for that visit. I plan on putting a number of differant specials on the wheel with one special being 20% off as the big winner.
An unfortunate thing, due to everything going up from the pandemic, is my prices have gone up slightly and due to how many no shows that have been happening, there will be a $5 charge put on your account if you do a no show. After three no shows, I will no longer be able to keep you as a client. I know that things happen like weather, accidents, and such. Just email or send a text that you can't make it and that will be fine and won't be considered a no show. These things don't make me happy that I have to do them, but I don't have any other ideas of how to fix this from happening. I am always up to hear other ideas or suggestions to make your pet's grooming easier on you.
I still am doing the frequent visit program. The frequent visit program works when you buy five of the same service, the six same service is half off and this is per pet. I can let you know where your pet stands in regards to their frequent visit at any time. I keep track of the visits in your pet's file. I have a referral program as well. The referral program gives you a $5 referral credit after a new referral has paid for their first grooming visit.

I am doing the annual December Advent special. A number between 1 and 25 is chosen and that will tell me what special you will receive. There are 6 different specials all mixed up in the advent calendar. If you pick a special that doesn't apply, an additional number is chosen.
