Having discovered an ardent love of and fascination with design and architecture, I decided on a second career in real estate. My background in business delivers great value for my clients. Implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to expose your house to buyers through as many channels as possible and understanding the competitive environment is key. Similarly, buying a home demands a studied m

arket analysis and understanding what you need and desire. I bring to my clients exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, strong negotiation success, as well as extensive experience in the service industry. A lifelong Massachusetts area resident, I have intimate knowledge of the Boston market and of most surrounding towns. I am well-versed in buying a home that will increase in value as well as the considerations in right-sizing. I graduated from Wesleyan University and went on for Masters Degrees in Art History and Management at Boston University and Harvard Business School, respectively. Outside of work, I am the mother of two successfully launched sons, and active in politics and community affairs. I have co-authored three books, and blog about what’s trending—in design, technology, architecture, as well as real estate. I am passionate about travel, collect folk art, and love taking my rescue dog Toona on off-leash walks. I am a licensed member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors® (GBAR), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and Massachusetts Listing Service (MLS). Additionally, I have received advanced training in the proprietary Ignite and BOLD programs. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, my credentials include: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR); Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®); Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES®) registered in the U.S. Probate Resource Directory; National Tenant Network Agent; and, Certified Facilitator. I am a former member of 128 Women of Excellence; Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology; and currently, with MetroWest RE Investors; and the Weston Wayland Rotary. I hold a board position at Newton at Home and sit on the Weston Housing Production Planning Committee. Real estate is a major investment—whether you are selling your home or buying one. Beyond the financial aspects, there are practical and emotional concerns common to all. I not only deliver the analysis you need to cut through the clutter of information but the sensitivity to how you feel when the walk through the door of a new home or walk out of one that you have cherished.
