Over night turnout, most staff lives on site, in beatiful Chesterland, Oh Our facility, located in northeast Ohio (Chesterland, OH) at the corner of Caves Road and Sherman Road, is seated on 142 picturesque acres. We are a multidiscipline training and boarding facility. The property has 25 pastures and paddocks and 2.5 miles of private, wooded trails. There are 81 oversized stalls between 6 barns
. Stall options include standard stalls, stalls with Dutch doors and outside windows, stalls with private paddocks and run-in stalls. There is a 16,000 sq. (200 x 80 ft.) indoor heated arena and a 28,000 sq. (200 x 140 ft.) outdoor arena. Additional amenities include heated tack rooms, heated wash racks, Nelson automatic waterers in stalls and pastures, 6 horse EuroXciser, oversized round pens, run-in sheds and 3 furlong racetrack. Climate-controlled lounge with view of the indoor arena, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen and full bath allows clients and their guests to socialize/relax. Staff is on-site 24 hours a day. On-site laundry service is available. Our mission is to provide the finest care and amenities for our clients including full care 7 days a week, daily/nightly turnout and blanketing as required. Lessons and horse training are available from several pro-trainers in hunter, jumper, equitation and dressage disciplines. From trail riders to competitive equestrians, this facility can be enjoyed by all.
