When picking up your dog at the end of its stay, take a moment and talk with the staff about the visit. They will let you know how the stay went as well as bring your attention to anything that happened or behavior they did not understand.

As soon as you know you will need to board your dog with us, call and reserve space. Kennels have peak seasons and we want to make sure we have a place for your dog.

As such, it would be wise for an owner to make sure that all the people working for their kennel know their jobs and have a passion not just for dogs, but also for customer service.

If your dog will be boarding with us, and it has fleas, we will bathe and treat him or her. Not only is it good for your pet, it keeps these pests from spreading to the pets staying with us.

It is not recommended you change your dog's diet while it is staying with us as it can cause digestive problems. If we do not offer what your dog typically eats, make arrangements to bring enough for the duration of the stay.
