We specialize in breeding Pedigreed Silver fox and Holland Lops. Below is our sales policy. Please read and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

*Bunnies are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a bunny. Bunnies DO NOT go home until they are 8 weeks of age or older. Please PM the screenshot picture of the bunny I posted

that you want to reserve. If anything happens to your bunny while in my care, I will either refund your deposit or you may gladly pick another bunny.

*Once the rabbit leaves our care, we are NOT to be held responsible for illness, death, vet expense, etc.

*We will NOT offer refunds after a rabbit leaves our care under any circumstances, it is your responsibility to look over the rabbit at pick up! If you place a deposit and change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded. I will not reschedule pick up days more than twice.

* Bunnies must be picked up within one week of ready date, or it will be put back as available (deposit will not be refunded).

* There are no guarantees on breeding/show/4H results

*Your new bunny will come with a pedigree, and a baggy of transition feed. (Unless you have chosen to not get a pedigree)

*Remaining payment is due day of pick up, OR 48 hours PRIOR to transport. I have Venmo , Cashapp and PayPal.

*I do work with transport. Transport is on the dime of the buyer and the buyers responsibility.

*I will share weekly updates on your new bunny until pick up day.

*I will confirm our meeting 24 hours prior. I WILL NOT meet if I do not receive a response of confirmation. Deposit is forfeit and bunny becomes available. Thank you!
