Happy 2 weeks to Honey and Field’s “Beauty for Ashes” litter. 🤍

It’s hard to believe how much they’ve grown in just 14 days. Their little eyes are almost fully open now, and they’re starting to take in the world around them. Their ears will be opening soon too, and that’s when the fun really begins, tiny head tilts, little reactions, and the sweetest first sounds. 🥹

We’re wrapping up our ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and ESI (Early Scent Introduction) this week, and these babies have handled it all like absolute champs. In the next few days we’ll begin our 10-step handling exercises, which build confidence, trust, and resilience in such a gentle, meaningful way.

The puppies will mature to 20-35lbs full grown, all will have the cutest little brown noses, straight or wavy hypoallergenic coats and the best temperaments like mom and dad. 🥹

Introducing Honey and Field’s “Beauty for Ashes” litter!
Honey welcomed 8 beautiful babies, 4 girls and 4 boys. All are absolutely perfect just like mom and dad! 🤍

This litter comes after one of the hardest losses I’ve ever experienced. A loss that broke my heart, tested my faith, and took a toll on me in ways I can’t fully put into words. There were days I questioned, grieved, and wondered if I would ever feel hopeful again.

But through the ashes, God has been working. These puppies are more than just a litter to me. They are a reminder that even after heartbreak, beauty can still bloom. They have brought a renewed sense of hope into my heart, drawn me closer to Jesus, and grounded me in ways I didn’t know I needed.

This journey has reminded me that God’s plans are always greater than our understanding, and that He can bring restoration from the most painful places. This litter will always hold a special place in my heart. Not because of where they started, but because of what they represent. Hope, healing, faith, and the goodness of God through every season.

Phoenix🤎

Little update on little man Phoenix.

He’s the cutest boy with the best temperament. He’s sweet, easy going, obedient, snuggly, affectionate and absolutely hates his pictures taken. 😂
He’s 6.5 months old now and is weighing 11lbs which I was totally not expecting but I absolutely love his size. 😍

People may think she’s just a dog, but anyone who knows me knows Scarlet is so much more than that. 🤎

She goes everywhere with me, rides shotgun like she owns the car, sleeps in my bed, follows me from room to room, and somehow has a bigger personality than most humans I know. 😂

She’s been beside me through so many chapters of life, the good days, the hard days, the exciting moments, and all the quiet in-between moments too. She’s my comfort, my shadow, and honestly… my daughter in every way except biologically. 🥹

I know not everyone understands loving a dog this deeply, but she’s family to me. Always has been, always will be. My Scarlet girl forever. 🤍

After a much anticipated wait, our sweet Sage, is finally stepping into the journey of motherhood. 🤎

If I’m being honest, bringing Sage into my program felt a little outside of my comfort zone in the beginning. Goldendoodles are what I’ve always known, what I’ve spent years loving and building around. Adding another mix came with nerves and uncertainty at first.

But Sage quickly changed all of that.
She is everything you could hope for in a dog. Gentle, soft natured, deeply attentive, and loyal in the purest form. The kind of dog that lays her head on your chest or curls into your shoulder like she just knows when you need comfort most. She loves her people with her whole heart, and there’s something so calm and steady about her presence that made me fall completely in love with not only her, but the idea of Bernedoodles in my program.

It’s almost like she was always meant to be the beginning of this chapter here at Heart to Heart.

Sage has officially been confirmed pregnant, and if her puppies are anything like their mama, I already know this will be one of the sweetest litters. The softest hearts, the gentlest temperaments, and all the love Sage carries so naturally.

We cannot wait to meet these babies. 🤍

As one beautiful chapter closes with Scarlet, another one is just beginning 🥹🤍

Our next upcoming litter feels extra, extra special to my heart for so many reasons. Honey, Scarlet’s daughter from the “Love Bug” litter, is officially going to be a mama. Watching Scarlet’s legacy continue through one of her daughters is something I can hardly put into words. Honey is everything I hoped for and more, sweet, loving, beautiful, and so much like her mama in all the best ways. I’m endlessly grateful I chose to keep her back. 🤍

And to make this even more meaningful… these puppies will be sired by Fields from Sweeter Than Honey Doodles 🥹
Not only is Fields absolutely incredible in every way, but this will also be his very first litter! Watching my best friend’s stud become a daddy for the first time makes this whole experience even sweeter. I’m so proud of him for getting the job done, and so excited for both of us as we step into this next chapter together.

This litter already feels so full of love, friendship, legacy, and everything Heart to Heart stands for.

𝒮𝒸𝒶𝓇𝓁𝑒𝓉 ♡

Today, with a little bit of sadness but also a full heart, I’m closing one of the most special chapters, Scarlet’s journey as a mama, as she gets spayed.
And if you know Scarlet… you know just how much this means.

There is not another dog out there that loved being a mom the way she did. She was truly born to be a mama. This decision was not made lightly, it was a hard one. Watching your baby become a mom and truly enjoy it makes it that much harder to close this chapter.

Scarlet has given me so much.
Not just beautiful puppies, but a legacy. Pieces of her that will continue on here through the lines I’ve kept and the families who adore her babies.

I’m so incredibly proud of her.
And so grateful I got to experience this journey with her.

There’s something about closing a chapter that held so much love… it never feels easy.

But even though her breeding days are over, this is far from the end of her story here.
Now she just gets to be Scarlet, continuing to chase rabbits and ducks, going on adventures and be my forever side kick. 🥹

Meet the newest addition, Mercy🤍

Sometimes after loss, words feel small. There aren’t always answers for heartbreak, and there isn’t always a way to make sense of sorrow. But there are moments when compassion quietly finds its way in.

Mercy is kindness that meets you in pain. Gentle comfort when your heart is heavy. A reminder that even in grief, tenderness still exists.

This sweet girl came after a hard season, carrying a name that speaks of what we all need most in difficult moments. Not explanations. Not easy fixes. Just mercy.

Compassion meeting us in sorrow. Hope showing up softly. Light returning little by little.

Mercy is a mini multigenerational F1 Goldendoodle. She has the sweetest disposition! She’s affectionate, confident, playful, snuggly and is the most beautiful baby. She’s absolutely perfect in every way. Exactly what my heart needed. 🥹

Welcome, sweet Mercy. You are already so deeply meaningful.🤍

There are moments in this journey that break you in ways you didn’t know were possible…

Everly’s Tiny Tails are no longer with us. 💔

The past 24 hours have been something I don’t think I’ll ever have the words for.
I did everything I could… hours at the vet, fighting for each tiny life, holding them as they slipped away one by one.

There was nothing more anyone could do.

They were so loved. So wanted. So fought for.
And even though their time here was far too short, they knew warmth, comfort, and love every second they were in this world.

My heart is completely shattered.

Please keep Everly in your thoughts and prayers as she tries to understand where her babies went. And please hug your dogs a little tighter tonight… because life can change in an instant.
