As many of you know i am due for surgery scheduled for march 5th.(next thursday😨😱🙀😷). The estimated recovery time is about 6 weeks. Oufffffff.

Many people have asked if i( Heather Gamble-Hemeon) am okay and what is the surgery for?
YES I WILL BE OKAY
I have a rare disease called hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome (H.E.D.S). Meaning that, all my connective tissue and joints stretch and pull.
It also causes dislocations where those connective tissues are; for example... if you hear a pop coming from me, odds I just dislocated the source of the pop (it could be hip, or shoulder, or knees, etc...)
Which is the reason I have always been super flexible (being able to turn myself into a pretzel!).
When giving birth to my beautiful son, Sylis, I unfortunately hurt some internal organs, that stretched and pulled causing a herniation and a prolapse. So that being said, some of my internal organs need a little help to stay in place. The doctors will sew in some medical mesh to help stabilize the organs, repairing the prolapse that has occurred.
I will be couch/bedridden for the first couple of weeks. The estimated time of recovery is about 6 weeks, if it all goes well.

To all my clients, I will be having surgery on March 5th. I will be temporarily closed while I recover. The estimated time is about 6 weeks. I will miss all my fur-friends.
