🚨 LAST DAY 🚨

Today is the final day of our Hay Fundraiser, and every gift is still being MATCHED up to $25,000 thanks to one of our generous donors!

That means your $25 becomes $50 worth of hay for the 140+ residents, from the cows and donkeys munching through bales all winter to the sheep and goats nesting in straw on the coldest Michigan nights. ❄️🐄🐐

Hay and straw keep our residents fed, warm, and cozy all winter long. 🌾🏠

🐷💛 Wishlist Wednesday 💛🐷
Our senior piggies have spent years rooting, napping, and stealing hearts, and now their joints could use a little extra love. 🦴
Glucosamine Powder (Animed) is one of our go-to supplements for keeping our aging pigs comfortable and moving. A scoop mixed into their meals helps support stiff joints, so they can keep strolling to their favorite mud spots and sunbathing in the pasture. ☀️🐽
We have two sizes on our Amazon Wishlist:
✨ 2.25 lb
✨ 5 lb
Every scoop means a few more comfortable steps for a pig who deserves to grow old in peace. Thank you, Barn Family! 💛

🫐 Breakfast that basically makes itself.

These Chai-Spiced Overnight Oats with Fresh Berries are the morning upgrade you didn't know you needed. Creamy rolled oats soaked overnight in plant-based milk with warm cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger, naturally sweetened with banana and dates, and topped with fresh blackberries and crunchy cacao nibs. Wake up, open the fridge, done.

Why this one's a game-changer:
🍌 Banana + dates do all the sweetening — no added sugar needed
🫚 Flax meal sneaks in omega-3s without you even noticing
🍫 Cacao nibs on top add a little crunch and a hint of chocolate to start the day
☕ That chai spice blend — cinnamon, cardamom, ginger — makes your whole kitchen smell amazing

Prep it the night before and breakfast is handled. Get this recipe through Barn's meal planner 👇

🌾 Your gift goes TWICE as far today! 🌾

If you didn't hear we got a generous match, so now every dollar you give to our Hay Fundraiser will be matched, up to $25,000! It all goes toward keeping bellies full and barns cozy for the 140+ residents all winter long.
When the snow piles up and the pastures go quiet, hay is everything. It’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and straw is the soft, warm bedding the pigs burrow into on frigid nights.

We’re working toward our $50,000 goal, and with this match we’re closer than ever. But the clock is ticking. Double your impact today 👉 https://barnsanctuary.donorsupport.co/page/HayFundraiser2026

☀️ WISHLIST WEDNESDAY ☀️

A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, and for the residents, that spoonful is ORASweet! 💊🍬

Many of the liquid medications our care team compounds for the residents don’t exactly taste great. ORASweet is a flavored sweetening solution that makes those medicines far more palatable, so our pigs, goats, sheep, and more are willing to take what they need to heal and stay healthy.

We use it in so many of our compounded medications, and our supply needs a refill!

🛒 Grab a bottle from our wishlist. It ships straight to Barn! https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/392TWKVSSXXZ1/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex

Every bottle helps our care team get medicine down more easily and with less stress for the residents. Thank you for supporting their care! 💛

We have some incredible news to share! 🐷🐮🐔

A very generous donor has stepped forward with a $25,000 match for our Hay Fundraiser. That means every dollar you give between now and October 30 will be doubled for the animals.

Give $25, and it becomes $50. Give $100, and it becomes $200. Every gift goes twice as far toward keeping the 140+ residents fed, cozy, and warm through the long Michigan winter. ❄️

Our goal is to raise $50,000 by October 30, and with this match, we can get there together. https://barnsanctuary.donorsupport.co/page/HayFundraiser2026

Thank you for showing up for the animals, again and again. They feel your love in every bale.

With gratitude,
The Barn Sanctuary Team
