Cold weather can be dangerous and even deadly for pets, and Tulsa Animal Services says it will be strictly enforcing the city’s winter shelter ordinance during the winter storm.
When temperatures drop to 25 degrees or lower, animals must be kept inside in a temperature-controlled space, and violations could lead to fines or jail time.
