Hi everyone!

I can't believe we are already through with another holiday season, the year has just completely flown by! Another year well spent taking care of all of your pups! We thank you all for your kindness, love, and generosity through each and every year, we wouldn't be here without you all! 💙

We will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, December 24th through Thursday, January 1st for the holidays and return on Friday, January 2nd. All phone calls, Facebook messages and emails will be returned when we get back to the salon!

For anyone who may be waiting on a schedule for the first half of 2026, I apologize for being a bit behind with getting them all together and sent out, but they will be sent out ASAP! Any current client who may be interested in getting set up with appointments, please reach out with your preferred day(s)/ time(s) and we will be happy to add you to the list and send the schedule over when it is ready.

Hello everyone!

What a crazy fall it's been, I don't know how we are at the end of November already! We will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, November 27th through Monday, December 1st to spend some time with our families and friends for Thanksgiving. All phone calls, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, and emails will be returned when we get back on Tuesday, December 2nd!

Hi everyone!

Can you believe we are already in November?! This year has flown by and the holidays are quickly approaching! With this we wanted to hop on and share some salon updates for the coming months.

The holidays are right around the corner and we have VERY limited availability! If you do not have your holiday appointments scheduled, please reach out as soon as possible to book in and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We will also keep a cancellation list for last minute openings if your preferred appointment times/dates are not available. Please note, we will be closed Thursday, November 28th through Monday, December 2nd for Thanksgiving as well as Sunday, December 22nd through Wednesday, January 1st for Christmas and New Year holidays.

**If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, PLEASE reach out as soon as possible so we are able to accommodate another client! All NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS or SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be subject to a 100% charge of the grooming fee and all LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the grooming appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the grooming fee. We thank you for your understanding with this policy!**

If you are interested in booking for the 2025 schedule please reach out! We will be doing things a bit differently for the 2025 prebooking process and will be booking 6 months at a time (January-June). This will allow us to help plan for time off and any vacations that may pop up throughout the year for both clients and staff, without having to reschedule the full year if things arise! We will keep a list of everyone who would like to prebook and schedules will be put together for July-December in April/May! All schedules for the first half of 2025 will be put together over the next month and sent out as soon as they are ready. We ask for your patience while getting them together as they do take time to arrange!

With the new year, we will be having an increase in pricing on all grooming services due to rising operational costs. Pricing will be based upon coat condition and length, length of time between appointments, as well as length of time needed for your pup’s grooming appointment. Please reach out if you have any questions about pricing for the new year for your pup! We thank you in advance for your understanding and helping us continue to provide the same level of service and care we have over the last almost 9 years!

Hi everyone!

We hope you are all having a great year so far! Can you believe we are about to be heading into July?! This year seems to be flying by!

We will be CLOSED Sunday, June 30th through Monday, July 8th, and will return to the salon on Tuesday, July 9th. All phone calls, Facebook messages, and emails will be returned when we are back in the salon.

The summer has been booking up quickly for appointments, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to book your pup in for their grooming! If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible so we are able to fill your appointment slot. As a reminder, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost and no shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment cost. We thank you for your it understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us continue to run the salon smoothly and provide the best service possible to your pups!
