🌱 Rare Heirloom Tomatoes Just Sprouted! 🍅

Exciting update from the grow trays — our Queen of the Night and Costoluto tomato seedlings have officially popped up.

These are rare heirloom varieties and we only started a very limited batch this season.

🍅 Queen of the Night – a stunning dark purple/black tomato known for its rich, bold flavor.
🍅 Costoluto – a classic Italian heirloom with beautiful ribbed fruit and incredible tomato taste, great fresh or for sauces.

These will be available as early tomato starts and may be ready to take home as soon as next week depending on growth.

Every single day he does his rounds — checking growth, sniff-testing soil (very serious business), and making sure everything is on track.

We log:
• Growth progress
• Leaf color
• Moisture levels
• Stretching or light adjustments
• Any changes needed for optimal growth

Nothing leaves here without being checked twice — once by me and once by the boss 🐶

Backyard hustle means hands-on care.
And apparently paws-on supervision.
