The main risk of feeding live mice/rats ? There is ALWAYS a possibility your snake may get bit. This is why you never leave your reptile alone to eat its prey. ALWAYS make sure your pet strikes its food, and is in no danger of being bitten. This video occurred on our most recent feeding day. No she was not bitten! But it could have easily happened if I wasn’t there watching and waiting. Never leave your reptile alone to feed!
