We want to let you know about an important change—effective Monday, September 8, we will be transitioning from PetExec to Gingr as our new client management system. Since Gingr has acquired PetExec, we’re making this switch to ensure a smoother, more efficient experience for you and your pet. Double check your owner and pet details and update anything as needed. Starting September 8, we will no longer accept requests through PetExec. We will continue to use PetExec in-house only for internal purposes. Please be sure to submit all future requests through Gingr. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we make this transition.
