Hello everyone! We just wanted to inform everyone that we have a new cancellation policy. This policy will go into effect July 1st. Since we are so busy and have had an uptick in no-call no-shows we have decided this is for the best.

The new policy is as follows: If you cancel in less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-show to your appointment, in order to rebook your next appointment you will be charged a $25 fee upfront.
HOWEVER, if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment you will not be charged as this will give us ample time to schedule someone else in.

If you would like a reminder we are more than happy to accommodate. If you need to cancel at that time just tell us and you will not be charged this fee as this will be over the 24 hour notice.

Good evening everyone! This is a reminder that we limit our Saturday appointments to twice a month. The next available Saturday for scheduling is June 28th, the weekend before the Fourth of July. So please keep in mind it books up quick in the summer.

Alternatively, for those who’ve missed the available Saturdays we offer extended hours on Fridays. As of the current date, the next available weekday appointment is on May 14th.

It’s December everyone! You know what that means? Christmas 🎄 is around the corner and our grooming count down begins! Only 10 grooming days till Christmas.

We are closed for the week after Christmas till the new year where we resume grooming January 2nd. If you would like to get an appointment before the new year message or call us soon!

We also have gift certificates available for that last minute stocking stuffer, stop by when we’re open to pick one up!
