Today we took advantage of the cool air and put in some work!!

🤎 Welcome AQHA yearling Rip to the herd! We started the day by picking up the newest addition and reuniting him with his bestie, Carlos!

🧹 Stalls were deep cleaned to prepare for the winter!
🌾 Fresh bales were put out to keep everyone happy and healthy!
🐴 Slow herd introductions were started!
🐓 All the work, meant some play with the chickens and the baby cows!

There’s always something to do around here, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We can’t thank our amazing boarders enough for all they do to help out and letting us take part in raising Mr.Rip! Morgan Marie Myers

Special shout out to Meghan Fry for trusting us with Carlos and now Rip! We can’t thank you enough for raising such gentlemen! Plus your calf cuddles this morning 🥰

History on the farm! 🤎
*Long read, but so interesting!*

Established in 1942, Clover Springs Farm was known as 380-acre thoroughbred farm with its own racetrack. In 1951, a young gelding raised here, King Clover, competed in the Kentucky Derby.

Knowing the history rooted in these grounds makes it even more special!
